Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt humānas, demokrātiskas skolas būtību un direktora lomu humānu attiecību veidošanā starp skolēniem un skolotājiem. Bakalaura darba pētījums ir veltīts, lai noskaidrotu skolu direktoru nozīmību un lomu humānu un demokrātisku attiecību veidošanā, veicināšanā un attīstībā skolā. Bakalaura darba izstrādē ir izmantota pedagoģiskās literatūras un vadības teoriju analīze, un vispārizglītojošo skolu skolotāju un skolēnu anketēšana. Darbs sastāv no 73 lappusēm, un 2 pievienotiem pielikumiem.

The aim of the bachelor paper is to inspect and to analize the humane and democratic quiddity of school and the headmasters role in humane relation development between cyhildren and teachers. The research is aimed to clear up the headmastres’s role and importance to humane and democratic relation developement, facilitation and progression at school. The research consists of analysis of pedagogical literature and questionnaires of school children and teachers. The paper consists of 73 pages and 2 appendixes.
