Pieaugušo gatavību mācīties ietekmējošie faktori.

Abstract

Šajā maģistra darbā ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīti pieaugušo gatavības mācīties ietekmējošie faktori, kuri ir gan psiholoģiski (iekšēji), gan ārēji. Darbā ir aprakstīta un raksturota pieaugušo gatavības mācīties veidošanās- reālajā dzīvē un personai aktuālajās problēmās bāzēts psiholoģisks un fizisks stāvoklis, raksturota mācīšanās kā svarīga dzīvesdarbība un tās saistība ar citām dzīvesdarbībām, kā arī aprakstīta mūža mācīšanās un pieaugušo gatavības mācīties novērtēšanas aktualitāte 21. gadsimta straujo pārmaiņu un zināšanu sabiedrības kontekstā. Darba praktiskā daļa veikta divos posmos- pilotpētījums un pamata pētījums, pētījuma dati ir apkopoti un apstrādāti programmā SPSS. Praktiskajā daļā ir raksturotas sakarības starp pētījuma respondentu grupām (pēc izglītības, ģimenes stāvokļa, nodarbinātības utt.) un respondentu sociālās un izziņas darbībām, kā arī respondentu vajadzībām.

In this master paper are theoretically and practically explored factors that affect adult readiness to learn, which are both psychological (internal) and external. In this paper is described and characterised the development of adult readiness to learn- psychological and physical condition that is based in persons real-life and actual needs, characterised learning as a major life-long activity and it’s connection with another life-long activities, and also there is described actuality of assessment of life-long learning and adult readiness to learn in context of the rapid change and knowledge society of the 21st century. The practical part of this paper is done in two stages- pilot study and the main study, the study's data are collected and processed in SPSS program.
