Pedagoģiskā procesa organizēšanas iespējas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „Pedagoģiskā procesa organizēšanas iespējas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Pētījuma mērķis ir atrast jaunu pirmsskolas pedagoģiskā procesa modeli un izstrādāt ieteikumus darba organizācijai Rīgas pašvaldības pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs. Maģistra darbā analizēts pedagoģiskais process no teorētiskā aspekta un pirmsskolas pedagoģiskā procesa organizācijas pamatnostādnes, sniegts ieskats pirmsskolas izglītības sistēmas attīstībā Latvijā no pirmsākumiem līdz padomju laikam, kā arī piedāvāts risinājums jauna darba organizācijas modeļa ieviešanā pirmsskolas pedagoģiskā procesa nodrošināšanā. Analizēti pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti un sagatavoti ieteikumi ieviešot jaunu darba organizācijas modeli pedagoģiskajā procesā.

Master's thesis topic is „Pedagogical process organisation forms opportunities in the pre-school”. The research is based on the analysis of the scientific literature and practical experience, to find a new pre-school educational process model and to make recommendations for the Riga municipal pre-schools. The aim was achieved by using the theoretical methods such as literature, laws and regulations analysis, empirical methods such as questionnaires, observation of pedagogical process and discussions, and the statistical methods such as statistical data analysis and quantitative content analysis. Master's thesis analyzes the pedagogical process from a theoretical point of view and guidelines for the pedagogical process organization in the pre-school’s groups, presents a snapshot of early childhood education in the development from the first Latvian state till the Soviet period, as well as offers the solutions for another kind of pedagogical process organization form in pre-schools.
