Abstract

Diplomdarbs ir veltīts autsorsinga izskatīšanai, to teorētiskas un metodoloģiskas puses izpētei, ka arī grāmatvedības apkalpošanas uz attālināta pamata problēmu izskatīšanai. Īpaša uzmanība ir veltīta procesu kvalitātes nodrošināšanas praktiskiem piemēriem. Darba mērķis – izpētīt jēdzienu „autsorsings”, it īpaši finansu jomā un izskatīt pasākumu sistēmu, kuras pielieto grāmatvedības firma iekšējo procesu kvalitātes nodrošināšanai, kā arī noskaidrot, kas aizsarga klientu intereses. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Svarīgākie informācijas avoti - LR līkumi, statistiskie dati, raksti periodiskajā ekonomikas literatūrā, internetā pieejamie materiāli, speciālistu mutiskas konsultācijas, grāmatvedības firmas nepublicētie dati - reglamenti.

Graduation work is dedicated to outsourcing – type of business research. Theory and practice of this approach of rendering a service are described in details as well as the remote model of accounting. A special attention is devoted to the process quality. Work purpose is to explore an „outsourcing” business concept, especially in finances sphere and to investigate the system of actions, which are applied by a accounting companies to provide the quality of the internal processes and also to find out, how differ interests of clients. Graduation work consists of Introduction, five chapters, Conclusions and Suggestions, Literatures write and appendixes. The most important information source - LR legislation, statistics, writes in the periodical economics literature, materials accessible over the Internet, verbal consultations of specialists, the accounting company internal materials and regulations.
