Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai produkta zīmolam ir nozīme produkta iegādes procesā, un ja ne zīmols, tad kas, ietekmē patērētāju galējo lēmumu. Darbā ir aprakstīti mārketinga komunikācijas veidi, ar kuru palīdzību ražotājas var izveidot un uzlabot saikni ar patērētājiem, kā arī zīmolu veidi, tipi, zīmolu savstarpējo attiecību shēma. Pētījums ir balstīts uz jautājumu, kurš ir minēts mērķa aprakstā, t.i. kas ietekmē patērētāja izvēli. Tika mēģināts noskaidrot, kādus zīmolus un kāpēc tieši šos konkrētus zīmolus patērētāji izvēlas. Kā tiek veidotas ilglaicīgas attiecības ar zīmoliem un kas ir ietekmējošie faktori, kuru dēļ patērētājs veido ilglaicīgas attiecības ar zīmoliem.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām, ietver 2 grafikus un 5 pielikumus. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 78 lapaspuses ieskaitot pielikumus. Bachelor’s degree’s work objective is to determine if the product brand influence product, while it is purchased, and if it is not a brand, that influence consumers final decision, then what is it? Bachelor’s degree author mentions such themes as marketing communication (styles, types, models), that helps manufacturer to create and to improve connection with consumer; as well as brand (style, types, and models) and its interaction scheme. Survey that has been done in this bachelor’s degree work is based on the question that is mentioned in the objective’s description, what effects consumers’ choice. Author has tried to find out, which brands are being chosen by consumers and why they give an advantage to those brands and prefer those brands more then other brands. As well as major question for author was how sets up a long term relationships with brand and what are the motivating factors, that make consumers to set up long relationships with it.
