| dc.description.abstract | Darbā ir apkopota literatūra par omega-3 un omega-6 saimes taukskābju metabolismu cilvēka organismā, kaņepju eļļas taukskābju analīzes iespēju ar gāzu hromatogrāfiju.
Ar masspektriem ir apstiprināts kaņepju eļļai raksturīgs taukskābju sastāvs. Atrasti optimāli taukskābju metilesteru analīzes apstākļi ar gāzu hromatogrāfiju, izmantojot liesmas jonizācijas detektoru un kapilāro kolonnu ar polāro nekustīgo fāzi. Noteikts taukskābju saturs 15 kaņepju sēklu eļļas paraugos. Izveidota kaņepju eļļas kannabinoīdu ekstrakcijas un analīzes metode ar gāzu hromatogrāfiju-masspektrometriju. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The literature about the metabolism of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in human body and the analysis of fatty acids of hemp seed oil by gas chromatography has been studied.
The composition of fatty acids in hemp seed oil has been determined by masspectrometry. Conditions for chromatographic analysis using flame ionization detector and capillary column with polar stationary phase have been optimized. The fatty acid content of 15 hemp seed oils samples has been determined. The extraction of cannabinoids from hemp oil and their analysis by gas chromatography-masspectrometry have been optimized. | en_US |
