Pildvielu ietekme uz ksilazīna hidrogēnhlorīda X formas stabilitāti un fāžu pārejas ātrumu uz A formu. Krista Lorence. Darba vadītājs Mag. ķīm. Kristīne Krūkle - Bērziņa. 41 lpp., 24 attēli, 1 tabula, 40 literatūras avoti, 3 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Bakalaura darbā veikta ksilazīna hidrogēnhlorīda X formas termisko īpašību pārbaude atkarībā no pildvielu veida (magnija stearāts, kalcija stearāts, celuloze un laktozes monohidrāts) un daudzuma pētāmajā paraugā, izmantojot diferenciāli termisko analīzes metodi. Apskatīts fāžu pārejas ātrums no X uz A formu atkarībā no pildvielām un to daudzumiem paraugā 80 oC temperatūrā, kā arī dažādos relatīvajos gaisa mitrumos (0-26%). Iegūtajām fāžu pārējām aprēķinātas ātruma konstantes.

The undergraduate work examines the thermal properties of the xylazine hydrochloride X form depending on the excipient (magnesium stearate, cellulose, lactose monohydrate and calcium stearate) and its quantity in the experimental sample, using differential thermal analysis. The rate of phase transition from X to A form depending on the excipient and its amount in the initial sample at a temperature of 80 oC and different relative humidity (0-26%) has also been explored. The rate constant of obtained phase transition values has been calculated.
