Maģistra darbā „Reputācijas veidošanās teorija un prakse: „Uzņēmumu reputācijas Top 2008” līderuzņēmumu atspoguļojuma medijos un patērētāju attieksmju analīze”, tiek skaidroti reputācijas veidošanos ietekmējošie faktori un analizēta to potenciālā ietekme uz patērētāju spriedumiem par uzņēmumu reputācijas līderiem.
Darbs balstīts reputācijas teorijā un mediju dienas kārtības teorijā. Darba pētnieciskā daļa analizē mediju vēstījumus un skaidro patērētāju sniegtos uzņēmumu raksturojumus, veido savstarpējās korelācijas ar kvalitatīvo un kvanitatīvo kontentanalīzi, patērētāju vērtējumi noteikti ar aptauju. Rezultāti apliecina, ka auditorija savos sniegtajos raksturojumos samērā precīzi reflektē to, ko dara uzņēmumi, un savos sniegtajos uzņēmuma raksturojumos visai tuvu, pat precīzi atsaucas uz mediju sniegto informāciju.

The paper is based on the theory of reputation and media agenda setting theory. The analytical part of the paper studies media messages and explains descriptions of enterprises given by consumers, forms mutual correlations with the qualitative content analysis and quantitative content analysis. The survey has been made to collect consumers’ evaluations. The results prove that the persons inquired in their descriptions quite precise reflect actions of companies and in the given descriptions of companies rather close or precisely respond to the information provided by the media.
