Abstract
Dzelzs satura noteikšana farmaceitiskos preparātos. Šita S., zinātniskā vadītāja: lektore Gigele R. Bakalaura darbs, 53 lappuses, 13 attēli, 22 tabulas, 1 pielikums, 19 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā. DZELZS SATURA NOTEIKŠANA, FARMACEITISKIE PREPARĀTI, PARAUGU SAGATAVOŠANA DZELZS SATURA NOTEIKŠANAI, FOTOMETRIJA, ATOMABSORBCIOMETRIJA Darba gaitā apskatītas dažādas paraugu sagatavošanas metodes dzelzs satura noteikšanai dzelzi saturošos farmaceitiskos preparātos – Tot'hema, Fenules, Ferro-Folgamma un Ferretab comp. Apkopoti un savstarpēji salīdzināti spektrofotometriski un atomabsorbciometriski iegūtie rezultāti. Iegūtie rezultāti salīdzināti katram analizējamam dzelzs saturošam farmeceitiskam preparātam ar norādīto teorētisko dzelzs daudzumu.
 
Determination of iron content in pharmaceuticals. Sita S., supervisor lecturer Gigele R. Bachelor’s thesis, 53 pages, 13 figures, 22 tables, 19 literature references, 1 appendice. In Latvian. DETERMINATION OF IRON CONTENT, PHARMACEUTICALS, SAMPLE DIGESTION FOR DETERMINATION OF IRON, PHOTOMETRY, ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY. The project surveys several sample preparation methods for iron content determination in iron containing pharmaceuticals - Tot’hema, Fenules, Ferro-Folgamma and Ferretab comp. The data, obtained in spectrophotometric and atomic absorption experiments, was evaluated and compared with the known values in analyzed iron containing pharmaceuticals.
