| dc.description.abstract | Darbā iekļauts literatūras apskats par augos sastopamajām nozīmīgākajām un bioloģiski aktīvajām vielām un par bioloģiski aktīvām vielām, kas sastopamas kliņģerīšu ekstraktos. No Latvijā audzētām kliņģerītēm pagatavoti ekstrakti un ar gāzг hromatogrāfu uzņemtas šo ekstraktu, kā arī aptiekā nopērkamās kliņģerīšu tinktūras hromatogrammas. Hromatogrammas joslu atšifrēšanai izmantots gāzes hromatogrāfam pievienots masspektrometrs un rezultāti ir salīdzināti savā starpā un ar literatūrā minētajiem datiem. - | en_US |

Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method was used for determination of compounds in extracts from marigold grown in Latvia and the marigold tincture bought in pharmacy.
