Maģistra darba tēma „Psihosociālo risku analīze un preventīvie pasākumi kokapstrādes uzņēmumā”.
Latvijā šobrīd nodarbinātie cieš no psihosociāliem riskiem darbā. Uzņēmumos vairāk tiek analizēti fizikālie riski un to mazināšanas un novēršanas iespējas, psihosociālos riskus atstājot novārtā. Tāpēc šī maģistra darba mērķis bija analizēt psihosociālos riskus kokapstrādes uzņēmumā un izstrādāt preventīvos pasākumus minēto risku novēršanā.
Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts uz 81 lappusēm, tajā ievietoti 101 attēli un 5 tabulas, 25 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā.

Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. 1.daļā veikta literatūras analīze. 2.daļā aprakstītas pielietotās psihoemocionālās stresa novērtēšanas metodes, bet 3.daļā analizēti iegūtie rezultāti. Izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas un uzrakstīti secinājumi. Iegūtie rezultāti apstrādāti, izmantojot datorprogrammu Excel. The theme of this master work is "Psychosocial risk analysis and preventive measures
at the woodworking company”.
Nowadays lots of workers in Latvia suffer from psychosocial risks in their job. In the enterprises the physical risks are more analysed than psychosocial risks. Therefore the aim of this master work was to analyse psychosocial risks in the woodworking undertaking and work out the preventive undertaking to prevent the mentioned risks.
The master work is on 82 sheets. There are 111 pictures and 6 tables, 27 literature sources, in Latvian.

The work consists of three parts. The first part is the analyse of literature. The second part is about methods to prevent psyhoemotional stress. The results are analysed in the third part.
The practical recommendations are worked out and the conclusion is given. The results are worked up by using the computer programme Excel.
