Abstract
Tika veikta 5-arilindolu sintēze no 5-trifluormetānsulfonātiem ar Suzuki reakcijas metodi. 5-Trifluormetānsulfonāti iegūti no 5-hidroksiindoliem, kas sintezēti ar Nenicesku reakciju. 5-Arilindolu sintēze tika veikta optimizētos Suzuki reakcijas apstākļos. Vielām tika uzņemti IS, 1H NMR spektri un veikta elementu analīze. Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par Pd katalizētām C-C saites veidošanas reakcijām.
 
5-Arylindole syntheses by Suzuki reaction were performed. 5-Trifluoromethylsulphonates were obtained from 5-hydroksiindoles by Nenitzescu reaction. Optimized Suzuki reaction conditions were used. Structures are confirmed by IR, 1H NMR spektra and elemental analysis. Information on Pd-catalyzed C-C bond formation is summarized in literature review.
