Psihoemocionālā stresa ietekme uz nodarbinātajiem kokapstrādē

Abstract

Maģistra darba literatūras daļā aprakstīts un analizēts vispārējais kokapstrādes nozares stāvoklis Latvijā, analizēta literatūra par esošiem būtiskākiem darba vides riska faktoriem šajā nozarē, analizēti nozarē dominējošie psiholoģiskie riski - cēlonis emocionālajam izdegšanas sindromam. Rezultātu un analīzes daļā veikta AS „Saldus mežrūpniecība”, SIA „Straps” un SIA „Hoppekids” notikušo nelaimes gadījumu analīze, kuru cēlonis bija darbiniekiem konstatētais izdegšanas sindroms. Maģistra darba pētījums pamatojas uz autora izstrādāto testu emocionālās izdegšanas līmeņa noteikšanai. Pētījumā piedalījās 98 strādājošie trijos iepriekš minētajos kokapstrādes uzņēmumos. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti apliecināja, ka būtiska nozīme izdegšanas sindroma izcelsmē ir darba vides troksnim. Maģistra darba nobeigumā apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādātas 35 praktiskās rekomendācijas emocionālās izdegšanas sindroma riska mazināšanai.

The theoretical part of the master’s thesis deals with the overall condition in the wood processing sector in Latvia, literature analysis, concerning crucial risk factors in this sector, psychological risks, predominating in the sector and causing emotional burnout syndrome. In the analysis and results section, there is carried out analysis of industrial accidents that have happened in AS “Saldus mežrūpniecība”, SIA “Straps” and SIA “Hoppekids” the cause of which were the burnout syndrome of employees. The research is based on a questionnaire, developed by the author, the aim of which was to determine the level of burnout among employees. There were questioned 98 employees in three above wood processing companies. Results of the research proved that a significant impact on burnout syndrome plays noise level in the working environment. The master’s thesis ends with conclusions and 35 practical recommendations how to reduce risks of emotional burnout.
