| dc.description.abstract | - Eksperimentāli noteikts smago metālisko elementu saturs matu paraugos ar elektrotermālās atomabsorbciometrijas metodi, rezultātu ticamība pārbaudīta ar induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometrijas, liesmas atomabsorbciometrijas, stripinga potenciometrijas metodēm. Paraugu sagatavošanā izmantota slapjā mineralizācija uz plītiņas un mikroviļņos. Iegūtie rezultāti savā starpā salīdzināti un izvērtēti. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The content of heavy metalic elements was experimentally determined in hair samples with electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry, validity of results was established with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry and stripping potentiometry. Wet mineralization on stirplate and in microwave was used in sample preparation. Obtained results were thoroughly analyzed. | en_US |
