dc.description.abstract | Darbā apkopota informācija par hidroksilapatītu īpašībām, to sintēzes iespējām un izmantošanu. Apkopota informācija arī par izmantotajām darba un analīzes metodēm. Eksperimentālajā daļā veikta ar cinku, cēriju un cinku - cēriju aizvietotu hidroksilapatītu sintēze, izmantojot hidrotermisko metodi, kā sākotnējo izejvielu izmantojot amorfas vai kristāliskas fāzes hidroksilapatītu. Iegūtie pulveri raksturoti izmantojot pulvera rentgendifraktometriju un Furjē transformācijas infrasarkano spektroskopiju. Kā arī viļņu dispersās rentgenfluorescences un atomabsorbcijas spektrometriju. Daļai aizvietoto hidroksilapatītu veikti luminiscences pētījumi. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Information about preparation and uses, as well as, properties of hydroxyapatite has been studied in this work. Information about basic principles of methods used was also summarized in this work. The experimental work includes synthesis of zinc, cerium and zinc – cerium substituted hydroxyapatites. Inclusion was achieved with hydrothermal processing. Amorphous or crystalline hydroxyapatite phases were used for raw material. Synthesized powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction spectrometry and Fourier – transformation infrared spectroscopy. X-ray fluorescence and flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. To some of substituted hydroxyapatite powders luminescence studies were carried out. | en_US |
