| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā parādīta ķērpju kā bioindikatoru nozīme un izmantošanas iespējas atmosfēras piesārņojuma pētījumos. Lihenoindikācijas pētījumi Rīgā tika veikti izmantojot Gaisa Tīrības Indeksus, pamatojoties uz tiem sastādīta ķērpju zonu karte, kas atspoguļo gaisa piesārņojuma izplatības tendences. Rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar 1964., 1984. un 1998. gados veiktajiem lihenoindikācijas pētījumiem Rīgā.

| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor’s thesis shows significance of lichens as bioindicators and their possible use in the research of atmosphere pollution. Lichenoindication survey in Riga is done using the Index of Atmospheric Purity, based on which the lichen zone map was made, that reflects air pollution distribution trend. Acquired results are compared to the lichenoindication survey of the Riga city done in 1964, 1984 and 1998.
