Darbs ir izstrādāts Iekšlietu ministrijas Valsts policijas Kriminālistikas pārvaldē. Darbā ir veikta klonazepāma un nitrazepāma noteikšana ar krāsu testiem, plānslāņa hromatogrāfijas metodi, gāzu hromatogrāfijas metodēm un šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metodi. Izstrādāti klonazepāma un nitrazepāma analīzes apstākļi gāzu hromatogrāfam ar liesmas jonizācijas detektoru, gāzu hromatogrāfam masas selektīvo detektoru un šķidruma hromatogrāfam.

This project was caried out at Forensic Bureau of State police of Republic of Latvia. In this project preparation and qualitative determination of clonazepam and nitrazepam with colour presumptive tests, thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography and liquid chromatography were proceeded. Conditions of analisys of clonazepam and nitrazepam with gas chromatography with mass selective detector (GH/MS), gas chromatography with flame ionisation detector (GH/FID) and liquid chromatography (HPLC) were determined.
