Abstract

Ergonomiskie riski strādājošiem uzņēmumā AS „VENTSPILS TIRDZNIECĪBAS OSTA”. Preventīvie pasākumi. Darbu izstrādāja Marina Proskurjakova, Zinātniskā vadītāja Dr. med., asoc. prof. Ženija Roja. Maģistra darbs 85 lappuses, 28 attēli, 31 tabulas, 25 literatūras avoti, 3 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Maģistra darbā ir izpētīts jautājums par ergonomisko risku ietekmi uz dokeru-mehanizatoru darbspējām. Darbs sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir analizēti ergonomikas teorētiskie aspekti. Tika analizēts, kā ergonomiskie riski ietekmē strādājošo. Analizējot statistiskas datus, tika iegūts priekšstats par strādājošo veselību Latvijā. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās ergonomisko risku novērtēšanas metodes. Trešajā daļā - analizēti un iztirzāti novērtēšanas rezultāti. Ceturtajā daļā ir izstrādāti veselības veicināšanas un preventīvie pasākumi, kas vērsti uz darbinieku veselības uzlabošanu, ergonomisko risku novēršanu un samazināšanu, strādājošo darbspēju uzlabošanu.

The paper consists of 4 parts. In the first part there are analyzed the ergonomically theoretical aspects. There is considered, how the ergonomic influences the human health. Using the statistical data there is made the conception regarding the worker health in Latvia. In the second part there are considered the ergonomically risks assessments methods. In the third part there are analyzed the assessments results. In the fourth part there are considered the health promotional activities and preventive activities for workers health improvement and influenced established risks on workforce efficiency decreasing or prevention.
