Purpose is to evaluate the women basal FSH level in predicting IVF results. Research included 66 (48%) women, undergoing IVF treatment with long protocol. According to research data, has shown that there is a poor correlation between serum FSH basal level and retrieved oocytes count, which do not provide statistical significance. However, all the research population, there is a middle close correlation between the average outgoing FSH/LH ratio and number of retrieved oocytes. So after the study findings, we can conclude that there is a closer correlation between the FSH/LH ratio and the number of retrieved oocytes than the basal FSH and number of retrieved oocytes. In the study of statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney test (p> 0.05) the results do not provide statistical significance.
