| dc.description.abstract | Darba vides riski SIA „Baltic Distribution Group” un nodarbināto labklājība. Veselības veicināšanas pasākumi. Autore Marija Kločko, darba vadītāja as. profesore, Dr. med. Ženija Roja. Maģistra darbs, 99 lappuses, 65 attēli, 34 tabulas, 80 literatūras avoti, 2 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Maģistra darba literatūras daļā aprakstīts un analizēts vispārējais kokapstrādes nozares stāvoklis Latvijā. Tika analizēta literatūra par esošiem būtiskākiem darba vides riska faktoriem šajā nozarē un nozarē dominējošie riski – ergonomiskie un psihoemocionālie.
Rezultātu un analīzes daļā ir veikta SIA „Baltic Distribution Group" uzņēmuma nodaļās esošo darba vides dažādu darba apstākļu salīdzināšana. Maģistra darba pētījums pamatojas uz autores modificēto nodarbināto labklājības analīzes anketu. Pētījumā piedalījās 108 strādājošie minētā kokapstrādes uzņēmumā. Pētījuma rezultāti apliecināja, ka darba vides apstākļiem ir būtiska nozīme nodarbināto veselībā un labklājībā.

Part of the literature in the Magister (Masters) thesis describes and analyzes the overall situation in Latvian wood processing industry. Had been analyzed the existing literature on the most essential occupational risks in the industry and prevailing industry risks - ergonomic and psycho-emotional. Magister thesis written in Latvian. The work environment at different working conditions between "Baltic Distribution Group" Ltd departments has been compared in part of the results and analysis. Magister thesis based on the author's customized employee welfare analysis and form. 108 employees from "Baltic Distribution Group" Ltd participated in this study.
