Zaļas ekonomikas veidošana Baltijas jūras reģionā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Zaļas ekonomikas veidošana Baltijas jūras reģionā” mērķis ir noskaidrot valsts praktisko lomu zaļas ekonomikas veidošanā un identificēt instrumentus, ar kuriem tā veiksmīgāk īstenojama, aplūkojot Baltijas jūras reģiona valstu piemēru. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīta vides un ekonomikas mijiedarbība, valsts loma ekonomikā un valsts rīcībā esošie ekonomiskie instrumenti zaļas ekonomikas veidošanai. Otrajā daļā tiek aplūkota starptautiskā sadarbība vides problēmu risināšanā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts Baltijas jūras reģiona valstu novērtējums pēc autores atlasītajiem kritērijiem un ekspertu sniegtā vērtējuma. Darba rezultātā tiek noteiktas Baltijas jūras reģiona valstis, kuras var uzskatīt par veiksmīgām virzībā uz zaļu ekonomiku un identificēti valsts rīcībā esošie ekonomiskie instrumenti, kuriem ir būtiska nozīme zaļas ekonomikas veidošanā. The Bachelor thesis “Shaping Green Economy in the Baltic Sea region” aims to define the practical role of the state in implementing green economy by identifying specific economic instruments which can promote its implementation. The first chapter examines links between economy and environment, the role of the state in economy and economy policy instruments which could be used in shaping green economy. The second chapter reveals ways of international cooperation in combating environmental problems and presents some of international green economy concepts developed by UN, WB, OECD and the EU. The third chapter focuses on the EU economies of the Baltic Sea region. The evaluation of the Baltic Sea region reveals which of the region’s countries can be considered successful in applying identified economic instruments in shaping green economy.
