Maģistra darba tēma ir „Darba ražīguma paaugstināšanas iespējas uzņēmumā „Kuldīga””. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izmantojot teorētiskos materiālus, izstrādāt ieteikumus darba ražīguma paaugstināšanai uzņēmumā.
Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors izanalizē darba ražīgumu un tā nozīmi uzņēmējdarbības efektivitātes nodrošināšanā.
Darba otrajā daļā tiek pētīti galvenie darba ražīguma ietekmējošie faktori un iespējas tos uzlabot.
Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek izpētīts uzņēmums un pētāmā nodaļa.. Nodaļā tiek izpētīts darba ražīguma līmenis uzņēmumā.
Ceturtajā nodaļā autors izstrādā metodes darba ražīguma uzlabošanai. Darba nobeigumā autors izsaka secinājumus un priekšlikumus.
