| dc.description.abstract | Tēma: Māsas pedagoģiskā kompetence onkohematoloģisko pacientu aprūpē. Aktualitāte: māsa, izmantojot pedagoģisko kompetenci, veicina onkohematoloģisko pacientu līdzestību veselības saglabāšanā.
Darba mērķis: raksturot māsas pedagoģisko kompetenci aprūpes kontekstā. Pētniecības jautājumi: Kādas ir pacientu izglītības procesa vajadzības? Kādi priekšnoteikumi ir svarīgi īstenojot izglītības procesu? Kā sekmēt māsas pedagoģiskās kompetences attīstību?
Pētniecības instruments: anketa un intervija.
Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā.
Pacientu līdzestību veselības saglabāšanā spēj nodrošināt izglītības procesa integritāte, lai garantētu izglītības procesa kvalitāti, nepieciešama māsas pedagoģiskās kompetences pilnveide.

| dc.description.abstract | Subject: Pedagogical competence of nurse in onco-haematology patient care.
Actuality: by using a pedagogical competence in onco-haematology patient care nurse promotes patient adherence on health care.
Purpose: to describe nurse pedagogical competence in the context of care.
Research questions: What are needs of patient education process? What are prerequisites for educational process implementation? How to increase development of nurse pedagogical competence?
Research instruments: a questionnaire and an interview.
Research methods: qualitative and quantitative.
Patient adherence in health maintaining helps to ensure integrity of educational process. To guarantee the quality of educational process, improvement of nurse teaching competence is required.
