Skolotāju pedagoģiskās prakses pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Skolotāju pedagoģiskās prakses pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi aspekti ietekmē un veido pielietotās pedagoģiskās prakses pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs. Pētījumā, izmantojot reprodukcijas teorijas izglītības un pedagoģisko prakšu skaidrojumu, tiek analizēti pedagoģisko prakšu formējošie modeļi un veidojošie aspekti. Izvēlētā datu ieguves metode ir trīs novērojumi bērnudārzos un daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar novērotajiem pirmsskolas izglītības skolotājiem. Rezultātu analīzei tika izmantota diskursa analīze. Pētījuma iegūtie rezultāti norāda, ka noteicošais pedagoģisko prakšu veidojošais kritērijs ir pedagoģiskās autoritātes atzīšana, ko ietekmē gan iekšēji, gan ārēji aspekti.

Bachelor's work "Teachers' pedagogical practices in preschool education" purpose is to determine what kind of aspects influence and shape the applied pedagogic practices in preschool education. In the research, using the explanation of reproduction theory of education and pedagogic practice are analyzed forming models and making aspects of pedagogic practices. Selected data obtaining methods are three observations in kindergarten and partly structured interviews with observed teachers of preschool education. For analysis of results was used discourse analysis. The research findings indicate that determining forming criterion of pedagogic practices is recognition of pedagogic authority which is affected both internal and external aspects.
