Darbā apkopota literatūra par hidroksilapatīta uzbūvi, iegūšanas metodēm, izmantošanu. Aprakstītas ķīmiskās analīzes metodes, kuras var izmantot sudraba satura noteikšanai dažādos paraugos. Eksperimentāli noteikts sudraba saturs sintezētajos hidroksilapatītos, izvērtējot piemērotāko analīzes metodi.

This work discribes the literature the structure of hydroxyapatite, collection methods and using. Describes the chemical analysis methods that can be used for the silver content in different samples. Experimentally determined the silver content of the synthesized hydroxyapatite in assessing the most appropriate method of analysis.
