Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Literatūras daļā tiek analizēti ergonomikas teorētiskie aspekti. Ergonomisko risku metožu apskatā tiek analizētas piemērotākās novērtēšanas metodes. Rezultāti un diskusijas uzrāda, ka nodarbinātie ir pakļauti piespiedu darba pozām, statiskai darba slodzei, darba monotonijai, stresam, trokšņa un vibrācijas iedarbībai, rezultātā tiem pazeminās darbspējas. Izstrādāti secinājumi un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi darbavietā. The Impact of the Ergonomic Risks on Engine-drivers Work Performance employed in Railway Sector and Health Improvement Measures. Kadurina I, supervisor Dr.med.,asoc. prof. Roja Ž. Master Thesis, 78 pages, 28 figures, 16 tables, 36 literature reference, 6 appendices. In Latvian. The Master Thesis provides the research of the impact of ergonomic risks on engine-drivers work performance employed in railway sector. The present paper consists of three parts. In the theoretical part, the analysis on the aspects of theoretical issues of ergonomics is made. In the survey on methods of ergonomic risks, the most appropriate methods of evaluation are analysed. The results of survey and discussions show that employed persons are forced to work in compulsory working poses, undergo static workload, monotony of work, stress, impact of noise and vibrations. In the result, the work performance is decreased. Conclusions are drawn and the measures for health improvement are made.
