dc.description.abstractDarbā veikta 1,2,3,4-tetrahidro(izo)hinolīna, 5-aminohinolīna un 2-amino(benz)tiazola N-alkilēšanas reakcija ar hloraizvietotiem heterociklu amīdiem dažādos reakcijas apstākļos, ka arī tālāka amīda saites reducēšana iegūtajos savienojumos. Izpētīta 4-hlor-N-(1,3-tiazol-2-il)butānamīda ciklizācijas reakcija un atrasti apstākļi kas ļauj vienkārši un ar augstiem iznākumiem iegūt 1-(1,3-(benz)tiazol-2-il)pirrolidīn-2-onus. Darba rezultātā iegūti jauni, potenciāli bioloģiski aktīvi ω-(hetarilamino)-N-(1,3-tiazol-2-il)alkānamīdi un to analogi, kas satur divu heterociklu atlikumus, dažādās kombinācijās, savienotus ar dažāda tipa saiti. Sintezēto savienojumu struktūras pierādītas ar dažādām fizikāli – ķīmiskām metodēm: elementanalīzi, KMR, IS spektroskopiju un masas spektrometriju.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the present work the N-alkylation reaction of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro(iso)quinoline, 5-aminoquinoline and 2-amino-1,3-(benzo)thiazole with chloro substituted heterocyclic amides was carried out under different reaction conditions, as well as further reduction of amide bond in the compounds synthesized. Cyclization reaction of 4-chloro-N-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)butanamide and reaction conditions, which allow to obtain 1-(1,3-(benzo)thiazol-2-yl)pyrrolidin-2-ones easily and with high yields have been found. As a result of the investigation new and potentially bioactive ω-(hetarylamino)-N-(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)alkanamides and their analogues containing residues of two heterocycles in various combinations, coupled with different type of chemical bond have been obtained. The structure of synthesized compounds was proved by different physico-chemical methods: elemental analysis, NMR, IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometryen_US
