Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: pacientu līdzestība akūtu muguras lejas daļas sāpju aprūpē. Līdzestību ārstniecības procesā var novērtēt pēc tā, vai pacienta uzvedība sakrīt ar māsas sniegtajām rekomendācijām un pacients atbilstoši līdzdarbojas savas veselības uzlabošanā. Darba mērķis bija izvērtēt pacientu līdzestību akūtu muguras lejas daļas sāpju aprūpē. Pētniecības uzdevumi bija: analizēt literatūru par pacientu līdzestību akūtu muguras lejas daļas sāpju gadījumā un to aprūpi; atspoguļot Imogēnes Kingas (Imogene King) teorijas pielietojumu autores bakalaura darbā; izstrādāt aptaujas anketu un veikt pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus un pamatojoties uz tiem, izdarīt secinājumus. Tika izvirzīta hipotēze: pacientiem ar akūtām muguras lejas daļas sāpēm trūkst līdzestības to aprūpē. Title: patients adherence to acute lower back pain care. Adherence treatment process can be measured by whether the patient's behavior coincides with the recommendations given by nurses and patients participate according to their own health.
