| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma: pacientu līdzestība akūtu muguras lejas daļas sāpju aprūpē.
Līdzestību ārstniecības procesā var novērtēt pēc tā, vai pacienta uzvedība sakrīt ar māsas sniegtajām rekomendācijām un pacients atbilstoši līdzdarbojas savas veselības uzlabošanā. Darba mērķis bija izvērtēt pacientu līdzestību akūtu muguras lejas daļas sāpju aprūpē.
Pētniecības uzdevumi bija: analizēt literatūru par pacientu līdzestību akūtu muguras lejas daļas sāpju gadījumā un to aprūpi; atspoguļot Imogēnes Kingas (Imogene King) teorijas pielietojumu autores bakalaura darbā; izstrādāt aptaujas anketu un veikt pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus un pamatojoties uz tiem, izdarīt secinājumus. Tika izvirzīta hipotēze: pacientiem ar akūtām muguras lejas daļas sāpēm trūkst līdzestības to aprūpē. Pētniecības instruments: pētījuma autores izveidota anketa ar 16 jautājumiem ar iespējamiem atbilžu variantiem. Pētniecības metode – anketēšana, kvantitatīva.

| dc.description.abstract | Title: patients adherence to acute lower back pain care.
Adherence treatment process can be measured by whether the patient's behavior coincides with the recommendations given by nurses and patients participate according to their own health. The aim was to evaluate patient adherence to acute lower back pain care.
The research tasks were: to analyze the literature on patient adherence for acute lower back pain, and care; to reflect Imogene King`s theory in bachelor author's work; to develop a questionnaire and conduct a study; to collect and analyze the data obtained on the basis of those conclusions to be drawn; to make recommendations to improve the nursing work in relation to the patients' adherence to acute lower back pain care. Hypothesis was proposed: in patients with acute lower back pain, lack of adherence to care. Research tool: the authors have created a questionnaire with 16 questions with multiple choices possible. The research method - a survey, quantitative.
