| dc.description.abstract | Darbā ir apkopota literatūra par piridīna atvasinājumu hromatogrāfiskajām analīzes metodēm. Balstoties uz literatūras datiem, izvēlēti savienojumu analīzes apstākļi un izvērtētas kustīgās fāzes sastāva un pH, kolonnas temperatūras, stacionārās fāzes īpašību ietekme uz analizējamo vielu kapacitātes faktoriem, joslu asimetriju, teorētisko šķīvju skaitu, izšķiršanu. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti var atvieglot analīzes apstākļu izvēli turpmākiem 4-(3’-piridil) piridīna atvasinājumu pētījumiem ar šķidrumu hromatogrāfijas / masspektrometrijas metodēm. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The theoretical part of this thesis contains a literature review on chromatographic analysis of pyridine derivatives. Selected conditions of analysis are based on the literature data and reveals influence of mobile phase composition and pH, column temperature, stationary phase properties on analyte capacity factors, peak assimetry, theoretical plate number and resolution. The results can facilitate the choice of analysis factors in further studies of 4-(3’-pyridyl) pyridine derivatives by liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry. | en_US |
