| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā aplūkoti briofītu ķīmiskā sastāva izpētei veltītie pētījumi, īpašu vērību pievēršot briofītu lipīdiem. Eksperimentālajā daļā ir pētīti briofīti un to ekstraktu sastāva integrālie rādītāji. Briofītu ķīmisko sastāvu un funkcionālās grupas raksturoja izmantojot elementanalīzi, Furjē transformācijas infrasarkano un cietfāzes 13C kodolu magnētiskās rezonanses spektroskopiju. Briofītu ekstraktos noteica kopējo fenola savienojumu un flavonoīdu saturu, kā arī antiradikālo un antimikrobiālo aktivitāti. Uzsākot briofītos esošo bioloģiski aktīvo vielu izpēti, tika veikta ekstraktvielu gāzu hromatogrāfijas – masspektrometrijas analīzi, kā arī ieguva alkānu frakciju un izpētīja tās sastāvu. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor’s thesis deals with literature studies of chemical composition of bryophytes, emphasizing lipids of bryophytes. In experimental part bryophytes and their integral indicators of extract composition has been studied. Chemical composition and functional groups of bryophytes were characterized using elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and solid phase 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. In bryophyte extracts total phenolic compounds, flavonoids, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity were determined. Starting the study of the biologically active compounds of bryophytes extracts, composition of the extracts and the alkane fraction were analyzed by using gas chromatography – mass spectrometry method. | en_US |
