| dc.description.abstract | Stilbēnu noteikšana Latvijā augošajā parastajā priedē (Pinus sylvestris). Ozola M., zinātniskie vadītāji: Dr. chem., prof., Arturs Vīksna, doktorands, pētnieks Bikovens O. Bakalaura darbs, 43 lappuses, 20 attēli, 17 tabulas, 29 literatūras avoti, 2 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.
Darbā ir veikta stilbēnu noteikšana parastajā priedē. Izmantojot secīgu ekstrakciju ar organiskiem šķīdinātājiem: heksānu – etilacetātu – etanolu, iegūti priedes koksnes ekstrakti. Šo ekstraktu pētījumiem izmantotas vairākas metodes:, ultravioletā un infrasarkanā spektroskopija, preparatīvā hromatogrāfija, augsti efektīvā šķidruma hromatogrāfija, masspektrometrija, polifenolu savienojumu pierādīšanas reakcijas. Izmantojot HPLC-UV tika noteikta pinosilvīna koncentrācija priedes koksnē.

Investigation of stilbene of scots pine wood were made during this work. Using sequential extraction with organic solvents hexane, ethyl acetate and ethanol for extracts of Scots pine wood were obtained. Several methods: UV-visible spectroscopy, infra spectroscopy, preparative chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, identification reactins of polyphenolic compounds. The concentration of pinosylvin was determined in pine wood by HPLC.
