Pimobendānā atlikušo šķīdinātāju noteikšanas analīzes metodes izstrāde, izmantojot gāzu hromatogrāfiju ar statisko tvaika fāzi

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir apskatīta literatūra par tvaika fāzes gāzu hromatogrāfiju, atlikušo šķīdinātāju toksiskuma klases un normas, kā arī šķīdinātāji, kurus izmanto Pimobendāna sintēzē. Darbā ir veikta Pimobendāna atlikušo šķīdinātāju statiskās tvaika fāzes gāzu hromatogrāfijas metodes izstrāde un tās salīdzināšana paraugu tieši ievadot kapilārajā kolonnā ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas metodi.

Literatures about headspace gas chromatography, residual solvents toxic classes and norms, than also solvents, which are used in Pimobendan synthesis. It has been development of the method for determination of residual solvents in Pimobendan using static headspace gas chromatography and compare with intermediate static headspace gas chromatography and gas chromatography with the direct injection of sample in capillary column.
