dc.description.abstractDarbā analizēti rudzu iesala paraugi, sadarbojoties ar SIA Naukšēni. Eksperimentāli noteikts cinka, selēna un vara saturs rudzu iesala paraugos, izmantojot induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometriju, elektrotermālo atomabsorbciometriju un liesmas atomabsorbciometriju. Paraugu sagatavošanai izmantota slapjā mineralizācija mikroviļņos un sausā mineralizācija. Iegūtie rezultāti savā starpā salīdzināti un izvērtēti.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe rye malt samples were studiedin cooperation with SIA Naukšēni. Zinc, selenium and copper amount in rye malt sampleswas studied byInductively Coupled Plasma Masspectrometry, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy and Electrothermal Atomic Absorption methods. Samples for analysis were prepared using wet microwave digestionand dry mineralization. The results were compared and evaluated.en_US
