Bakalaura darba tēma: „A/s „Dzintars” firmas veikalu tīkla lojalitātes programmas izveide kā zīmola komunikācijas elements”.
Pētījuma problēma: klientu lojalitātes programmas neesamība uzņēmuma darbības stratēģijā.
Darba mērķis: piedāvāt AS ’’Dzintars’’ efektīvu klientu lojalitātes kartes programmu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no:
1., 2., 3. nodaļa - teorētiskā daļa; CRM, Sociālās Apmaiņas teorija, Lojalitātes teorētiskā bāze.
4. nodaļa - metodoloģiskā daļa; kvalitatīvā (gadījuma analīze) un kvantitatīvā pētījuma (aptaujas) metode. Empīriskā daļa; atklāta uzņēmuma būtība, mērķauditorijas darbības faktori.
5. nodaļa - izmantojot iegūto informāciju un datus, izveidota AS ’’Dzintars’’ klientu lojalitātes kartes programma.
Darbs sastāv no 105 lapaspusēm. Izmantoti 18 attēli, 125 bibliogrāfiskās norādes, 61 lit. avots un 5 pielikumi.

The research problem: the lack of a customer loyalty program within the company's business strategy.
The aim: to offer to the company ’’Dzintars’’ an effective customer loyalty card program.
This Bachelor paper consists of:
Chapter 1, 2 and 3 - the theoretical section; the CRM, the Social Exchange, the Loyalty theory.
Chapter 4 - the methodology; the qualitative (case study) and quantitative research (survey) methods. The empirical section; the nature of the company, different factors of the target audience.
Chapter 5 - gathered information and data are used to develop a customer loyalty card program for the company.
Bachelor paper consists of 105 pages; uses 18 pictures, 125 bibliographical references, 61 literature references, 5 appendixes.
