| dc.description.abstract | Darbā apkopota informācija par sērskābā gudrona dīķu piesārņojuma dabu un naftas produktu raksturojumu, alifātisko ogļūdeņražu īpašībām, toksicitāti un tās ietekmi uz vidi, kā arī augsnes paraugu ievākšanu, sagatavošanu un glabāšanu. Izvērtētas alifātisko ogļūdeņražu analīzes priekšrocības ar gāzu hromatogrāfijas-masspektrometrijas metodēm. Eksperimentāli noteikta alkānu un izoalkānu masas daļa dīķu apkārtnes augsnes paraugos, kā arī novērtēts piesārņojuma sastāvā esošo ogļūdeņražu oglekļa atomu skaita diapazons. Noteikts lietotās metodes jutības slieksnis kvalitatīvai un kvantitatīvai analīzei. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Inčukalns sulfuric acid goudron lake pollution, characteristics of nature and petroleum products, aliphatic hydrocarbon properties, toxicity and its impact on the environment, as well as soil sampling, processing and storage are discussed in this project. Methods of determination of aliphatic hydrocarbons by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is estimated. Values of alkanes and isoalkanes weight of ponds surrounding soil samples are experimentally determined and carbon number range of the hydrocarbons in contamination is assessed. Sensitivity threshold of the method used for qualitative and quantitative analysis is determined. | en_US |
