Abstract

Darba vides risku ietekme uz ķīmijas laboratorijās nodarbināto veselību un drošību, problēmas un risinājumi Ikaunieks A., zinātniskais vadītājs profesors, Dr. hab.chem Kaļķis V. Maģistra darbs, 55 lappuses, 15 attēli, 21 tabula, 32 literatūras avoti, 6 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Vadošās ķīmijas nozares Latvijas tautsaimniecībā ir farmācijas, plastmasu apstrādes, kā arī parfimērijas un kosmētisko produktu ražošanas nozares. Latvijas Universitātes Ķīmijas fakultāte ir ķīmijas akadēmiskās un profesionālās izglītības centrs. Galvenais risks Ķīmijas fakultātes laboratoriju telpās ir ķīmiskās vielas, kuru iedarbības spektrs uz strādājošajiem ir ļoti plašs. Tomēr jāņem vērā ne tikai ķīmisko risku potenciālā bīstamība, bet arī citi būtiski parametri, kā, piemēram, darba telpas, to platība laboratorijas darbu veikšanai studentu grupai kopumā, kā arī darba vietas platība katram studentam individuāli. Būtiska nozīme darbam laboratorijās ir mikroklimatiskiem parametriem, apgaismojumam. Ergonomiski nepielāgota darbavieta laboratoriju personālam var izraisīt nogurumu, diskomfortu, ilgākā laika periodā dažādas veselības problēmas. Stress un spriedze laboratorijās ir samērā bieži novērojama parādība. Tāpēc šī darba mērķis bija izpētīt kombinēto darba vides risku ietekmi uz ķīmijas laboratorijās strādājošā personāla darbaspējām. Rezultāti uzrādīja, ka, neskatoties uz kombinēto darba vides risku ietekmi uz nodarbinātajiem ķīmijas laboratorijās, darbinieku darbaspējas ir labas vai pat ļoti labas. The leading role of chemistry nowadays in the national economy of Latvia belongs to the pharmaceutical industry, processing of plastic articles, manufacturing of perfumery and cosmetic products. University of Latvia Faculty of Chemistry is the academic and professional education centre of chemistry. The main risk within the premised of the laboratories of the Faculty of Chemistry may be considered to be the chemical substances, the range of which is quite wide as well as the spectrum of their impact to the employees working in these laboratories. However, not only the potential dangerousness of chemical risks shall be taken account, but also the other essential parameters, as, for instance, the area of working place for each of the students in total. Parameters of micro-climate and illumination also have essential importance for the work in the laboratories. It shall be taken into account that ergonomically unadjusted working place may cause tiredness, discomfort, or even different muscle and skeletal diseases in longer period for time to the laboratory staff. Stress and strain in laboratories is quite often occurrence in laboratories. The aim of this work was to investigate the impact of combined work environment risks to the workability of the staff working in the chemical laboratories. The results showed that despite the impact of the combined work environment risks to the employees of chemical laboratories, their workability is good or even very good.
