Darba vides risku ietekme uz nodarbināto mājas apstākļos labklājību un preventīvie pasākumi

Abstract

Maģistra darbā veikta nodarbināto mājas apstākļos vispārēja darba vides risku analīze un izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi. Darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā, balstoties uz literatūras avotiem, analizēti pētījuma teorētiskie aspekti: tāldarba priekšrocības un trūkumi, darba vides riski, kas skar šo nodarbināto grupu un darba tiesību akti. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes – Somijas 5 baļļu matrica un tās modifikācijas matrica K–1, ātrā ekspozīcijas kontroles metode (ĀEK), slodzes galveno rādītāju metode SGR–C, metodes psiholoģisko risku novērtēšanai (Darba stresa indekss, Stresoru apzināšanas tests, Depresijas tests, Izdegšanas sindroma tests) un metode darbspēju noteikšanai. Trešajā daļā analizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti, kas balstās uz strādājošo aptaujas rezultātiem, vispārējo, ergonomisko un psihosociālo darba vides risku novērtējumu. Darba nobeigumā izteikti secinājumi un dotas praktiskās rekomendācijas.

Master work carries out home conditions employees general work environment risk analysis and developed preventive enterprises. Work consists of 3 parts. In the first part, based on literature sources, there are analysed theoretical research aspects, telecommuting advantages and deficiency, work environment risks, that concerns employed group, job right deeds. On the second part, there are described the methods used in research – Finnish five – point matrix and its modification matrix K–1, “Quick Exposure Check” method, Key indicator method, psychological risk evaluating methods (Job stress index, Stressors identification test, Depression test, Emotional burn–out syndrome test) and method capacity for work determination. On the third part there are analysed and described research results, that are based on employee results of questionnaire, general, ergonomic and psychosocial work environment risk evaluation. At the end there are expressed conclusion and given practical recommendation.
