The analysis of scientific literature in bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of already known methods used for the preparation of ethyl 3-phenylbut-2-enoate and its structural analogues, which are starting products in the synthesis of biologically acitive 4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-2-oxopyrrole and 4-phenyl-2-oxopyrrole derivatives. Reference journal Chemical Abstracts, the same as Internet data bases PubMed. and European Patent Office are used as informational sources.
According to the goal of investigation there were realized experimental explorations of already existing and new methods for the prepartion of 3-phenyl-2-butenoic acid ethyl ester, 4-bromo-3-phenyl-2-butenoic acid ethyl ester and 4-phenyl-2-oxo-4,5-dihydropyrrole.
