dc.description.abstractDzelzs, kalcija un kālija satura noteikšana mārrutka saknēs un augsnes paraugos. Leitāns L., darba vadītāja lekt., ķīm. maģ. Gigele R. Bakalaura darbs, 43 lappuses, 19 attēli, 8 tabulas, 23 literatūras avoti, 6 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā ir noteikts dzelzs, kalcija un kālija saturs mārrutku saknēs un augsnes paraugos, kas ievākti daţādās Latvijas vietās. Sakņu paraugus sagatavoja ar sauso mineralizāciju. Augsnes paraugus ekstrahēja ar slāpekļskābi. Dzelzs satura noteikšanai izmantota liesmas atomabsorbciometrija un spektrofotometrija. Kalcija satura noteikšanai izmantota liesmas atomabsorbciometrija un liesmas fotometrija. Kālija satura noteikšanai izmantota liesmas fotometrija. Veikta rezultātu statistiskā apstrāde un izvērtēts dzelzs, kalcija un kālija saturs mārrutku saknēs un augsnes paraugos. dc.description.abstractDetermination of iron, calcium and potassium content in horseradish roots and soil samples. Leitāns L., supervisor lecturer, Mag. chem. Gigele R. Bachelor`s thesis, 43 pages, 19 figures, 8 tables, 23 literature references, 6 appendices. In Latvian. Content of iron, calcium and potassium content has been determined in horseradish roots and soil samples gathered in different places in Latvia. Root samples have been prepared by using wet mineralization. Soil samples have been prepared by extraction with nitric acid. Iron content has been determined with flame atomic absorption and spectrophotometry. Calcium content has been determined by using flame atomic absorption and flame photometry. Potassium content has been determined by using flame photometry. Statistical treatment of results has been performed and content of iron, calcium and potassium in horseradish roots and soil samples has been evaluated.
