Abstract

par Gundegas Juškas diplomdarbu „Sociālpedagoģiskā darbība skolotāja autoritātes celšanai 8.-12. klasēs”. Darbā apskatīta, risināta sociālpedagoģiska problēma - skolotāja autoritāte. Diplomdarba mērķis ir celt skolotāja autoritāti 8.-12. klasēs, izstrādāt, aprobēt sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programmu. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīts autoritātes jēdziens, vēsturiskais atskats autoritātes attīstībai, skolotāja autoritātes veidošanās process, mācību disciplīnas ievērošana, skolotāju profesionālās struktūras veidu izpēte. Veikts pētījums par skolotājiem kā autoritātēm skolēnu vidū Vidzemes X vidusskolā un Zemgales X vidusskolā, kā arī Zemgales X vidusskolā tika modelēta sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programma skolotāja autoritātes celšanai, pamatojoties uz skolēnu, skolotāju un skolēnu vecāku aptauju rezultātiem, kā arī veikta tās aprobācija.

about Gundega Juska’s Bachelor Thesis „Socio- Pedagogical Activity to Increase Teacher’s Authority in Grades 8 - 12” In this paper the socially pedagogical problem – teacher’s authority was discussed. The goal of this Thesis is to develop socially pedagogical action program to raise teacher’s authority amongst 8 – 12 Grades. In the theoretical part the meaning of authority, review of historic authority development, the evolution of teacher’s authority, observance of educational discipline and research of teacher professional structure ways are discussed. A research was conducted about teachers as authorities among pupils of Vidzemes school X and Zemgales school X. Also in Zemgales school X the action program to raise teacher’s authority was modeled based on results of pupil, teacher and parent polls. Also its approbation was performed.
