Darbā apkopota informācija par kalcija fosfātu īpašībām un to izmantošanu. Aprakstīta izmantotā aparatūra un tās darbības principi. Eksperimentālajā daļā veiktas hidroksilapatītu sintēzes ar dažādām kalcija/fosfora molārajām attiecībām, izmantojot nogulsnēšanas metodi. Iegūto pulveru kvalitatīvais sastāvs raksturots ar pulvera rentgendifraktometriju un Furjē transformācijas infrasarkano spektroskopiju. Hidroksilapatītu kvantitatīvais sastāvs noteikts ar liesmas atomabsorbciometriju, spektrofotometriju un kompleksonometriju. | en_US |

Information about preparation and uses, as well as, properties of calcium phosphates has been studied in this work. Information about basic principles of methods used was also summarized. The experimental work includes synthesis of hydroxyapatites with variable calcium/phosphorus molar ratio. Inclusion was achieved with precipitation method. Synthesized powders qualitative analysis were carried out by powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier –transformation infrared spectroscopy. Quantitative composition was characterized by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, spectrophotometry and complexonometry. | en_US |
