Abstract

Optimisation of the preparation method of cyclopentane-1,2,4-triones is performed. For confirmation of structures of synthesised triketones, reactions with hydroxyl amine, 1,2-diaminobenzene, propargyl chloride, paraform together with dimethylamine hydrochloride and a condensation reaction with 4-nitrobenzaldehyde are demonstrated.
