Darba vides risku ietekme uz nodarbinātajiem birojā

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “Darba vides risku ietekme uz nodarbinātajiem birojā”. Autors Kristīna Ņekrasova, zinātniskais vadītājs docents Dr. sc. admin., eur. erg. Henrijs Kaļķis. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 84 lappusēm, 19 tabulām, 20 attēliem, 31 litaretūras avota un 5 pielikumiem. Latviešu valodā. Darbu birojā bieži neuzskata kā bīstamu un ar kaitīgu darba vidi. Tāpēc maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt darba vides risku ietekmi uz nodarbinātajiem birojā. Uzdevumi mērķa sasniegšanai: analizēt teoriju, raksturot pētījumā izmantotās metodes, raksturot pētāmās organizācijas, veikt darbinieku aptauju, veikt darba vides risku novērtēšanu, analizēt pētāmajās organizācijās darba vides risku ietekmi uz birojos nodarbinātajiem, izstrādāt preventīvos un aizsardzības pasākumus. Hipotēze – darba vides riski negatīvi ietekmē birojā nodarbinātos, pētījuma gaitā ir apstiprinājusies. Biroja darbinieki darba laikā vai pēc tā izjūt nogurumu un sāpēs atsevišķās ķermeņa daļās. Darbs birojā ir saistīts ar augstu atbildības sajūtu, ātru darba tempu un stresu. Master’s thesis title is “Work environment risks influence on the eployees in the office”, author Kristīna Ņekrasova, supervisor docent Dr. sc. admin., eur. erg. Henrijs Kaļķis. Master’s thesis consists of 84 pages, 19 tables, 20 pictures, 31 litarary sources and 5 attachments. Work in the office are often not considered as dangerous and harmful work environment. Therefore master’s thesis aim ir researh the work environment risk influence on the employees in the office. Tasks to reach the aim: analyze the theory, describe the methods used in the research, describe the researched organizations, make employee questionnaire, make the environmental risks assesment, analyze the work environment risks influence to the office employees in the researched organizations, develop preventive and protective measures. Hypotethesys – the environmental risks negative impact the office emplyees, in the research has confirmed. Office employees during the working time or after working time feel tired and pain in the certain body parts office work is connected with high sense of responsibility, a fast speed of work and stress.
