Abstract

Darba vides riski strādājošiem veļas mazgātavā un preventīvie pasākumi. Inese Agnese Dementjeva, darba zinātniskais vadītājs mg.darb.aizs., lektors Uldis Karlsons. Darba gaitā veikta literatūras analīze par iespējamiem riskiem un to ietekmi uz strādājošiem sadzīves pakalpojumu nozarē - veļas mazgātavā. Maģistra darba mērķis sasniegts, novērtēti darba vides riski un sniegtas prakstiskās rekomendācijas to samazināšanai un novēršanai. Veikta ergonomisko risku analīze, izmantojot anketēšanu un darba vietas risku noteikšanas metodes. Izmantota slodzes galveno rādītāju (SGR-A smaguma celšana un pārvietošana) metode, novērtējot darba slodzes intensitāti uz strādājošiem. Piemērota ātrās ekspozīcijas kontroles (QEC) metode, lai noteiktu statiskā darba ietekmi uz muskuļu un skeleta sistēmu. Izmantojot NIOSH vienādojumu, noteikts rekomendējamais limits smaguma celšanai. Iegūtie dati analizēti, lai izstrādātu preventīvos pasākumus. Iegūtie rezultāti apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka veļas mazgātāja un gludinātāja darbs ir smags un vērojama darba vides risku kaitīga ietekme uz veselību, neskatoties, ka tiek izmantotas arvien modernākas un mūdienīgākas tehnoloģiskās iekārtas. Nosakot risku kaitīgo ietekmi uz cilvēka drošību un veselību darbā, tiek aicināta uzņēmuma vadība atbildīgi un pārdomāti veikt darba organizāciju un piemērot darba vietu atbilstoši katra spējām.

Working environment risks for laundry industry employees and preventive measures. Inese Agnese Dementjeva, scientific supervisor ms.whs., Lecturer Uldis Karlsons. Within the framework of this study analysis of sources of literature on potential risks and their impact on employees working in consumers’ service sector - laundry was carried out. The objective of Master thesis was achieved, risks of work environment assessed and practical recommendations to its reduction and prevention given. The analysis of ergonomic risks was carried out by using questionnaires and methods, which are used to indicate risks at workplace. Method of key indicators of load (SGR-A weight lifting and moving) was used to assess intensity of workload on employees. Quick exposure check (QEC) method was adjusted to determine the impact of static work on musculoskeletal system. By using NIOSH lifting equation a recommended limit of weight lifting was determined. Obtained data were analyzed in order to develop preventive measures. Obtained results confirm stated hypothesis - in spite of fact that more and more modern and contemporary technological equipment is used, the work of laundress and ironer is hard and there is harmful impact on health. In determining the risk of harmful impact on human health and safety at work, the company's management is invited to manage organization of work responsibly and thoughtfully and to adjust workplace according to their abilities.
