Bakalaura darba "Korporatīvā sociālā atbildība: "RIMI" un "MAXIMA" gadījuma analīze" pētījuma problēma – uzņēmējiem trūkst zināšanas par korporatīvās sociālās atbildības (KSA) praksi, tādējādi KSA un tās aktivitātes netiek pietiekami komunicētas patērētājiem, kas varētu veicināt to piederības sajūtu un lojalitāti uzņēmumam. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot un izpētīt KSA aspektus un iemeslus, kāpēc zīmolam vajadzētu kļūt sociāli atbildīgam, ņemot vērā uzņēmuma pārstāvju un patērētāju atsauksmes par KSA praksi, kuru īsteno "Rimi" un "Maxima". Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts KSA, biznesa ētikas un korporatīvās kultūras jēdzieni. Darbā izmantotās pētnieciskās metodes – daļēji strukturētā intervija un aptauja. Darbā secināts, ka uzņēmumu pārstāvjiem un sabiedrībai trūkst zināšanas par KSA, kas veicinātu uzņēmuma un sabiedrības labklājību. The bachelor thesis "Corporate social responsibility: case study of "RIMI" and "MAXIMA"" problem – businessman’s lack of knowlege about practice of corporate social responsibility (CSR), thereby CSR and it’s activities are not sufficiently communicated to consumers. The aim was to identify and explore aspects and reasons of CSR, why the brand should become socially responsible, taking account of the company representatives, as well as consumer reviews about company’s CSR practice implemented by "Rimi" and "Maxima". In the theoretical part is described the concept of CSR, business ethics and corporate culture. Semi – structured interview and survey were used as research methods. Results of the research shows that businessman’s and societies have lack of knowledge about CSR, which could promote company and public welfare.
