Tukuma novada domes reprezentācija reģionālajā laikrakstā “Neatkarīgās Tukuma Ziņas” un pašvaldības informatīvajā izdevumā “Tukuma Laiks” 2015. gadā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Tukuma novada domes reprezentācija reģionālajā laikrakstā “Neatkarīgās Tukuma Ziņas” un pašvaldības informatīvajā izdevumā “Tukuma Laiks” 2015. gadā." Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā Tukuma novada dome reprezentēta abos izdevumos. Teorija aplūko reprezentācijas, mediju dienas kārtības, žurnālistikas un sabiedrisko attiecību teorētiskos aspektus. Par pētījuma metodēm izmantotas diskursa vēsturiskā analīze un kontentanalīze. Rezultāti liecina, ka lielākajā rakstu gadījumu gan “Neatkarīgajās Tukuma Ziņās”, gan “Tukuma Laikā” Tukuma novada dome tika reprezentēta neitrāli. Publikācijās, kur neitralitāte nav ievērota, avīzē Tukuma pašvaldības darbība tika vērtēta un kritizēta, savukārt informatīvajā izdevumā tā reprezentēta pozitīvi, uzsverot paveikto.

The bachelor thesis is “The representation of local government of Tukums in the regional newspaper “Neatkarīgās Tukuma Ziņas” and in municipality news bulletin “Tukuma Laiks” in 2015." The aim was to find out how the local government is represented in both newspapers. The theoretical base consists of the sections about representation, the agenda setting theory, journalism and public relation. The discourse-historical analysis and content analysis were used as research methods. The results of research confirm that in most publications of “Neatkarīgās Tukuma Ziņas” and “Tukuma Laiks” the local government was represented neutral. In the publications where neutrality was not respected, in the newspaper the local government of Tukums was judged and criticized but in the news bulletin the government was represented positively.
