Abstract

Situācijas analīzes metode ģeogrāfijas mācību stundās. Līva Lāce, bakalaura darba vadītājs Dr. ģeogr., docente, Gunta Kalvāne. Bakalaura darbs- 51 lappuse, 27 literatūras avoti, 10 pielikumi, 4 tabulas, 25 attēli. Latviešu valodā. Darba mērķis ir apkopot teorētisko informāciju par situācijas analīzes metodes pielietojumu ģeogrāfijas mācību stundās vidusskolā, kā arī veikt pētījumu par to, kā situācijas analīzes metode skolēniem palīdz informācijas analīzes prasmju pilnveidošanā un konkrētā temata apguvē, kā arī - noskaidrot skolēnu viedokli un vērtējumu par to ietekmi. Bakalaura darba pētījums notika 10. klašu grupā ģeogrāfijas stundās, kurās tika pielietota situācijas analīzes metode. Izstrādāti un aprobēti situācijas analīzes uzdevumi tematā “Dabas procesi un parādības cilvēka dzīvē”, tēmās “Augsnes erozija un degradācija” un “Bīstamās atmosfēras parādības, to ietekme uz cilvēka dzīves vidi”. Pētījuma rezultāti, kas balstīti uz skolēnu pārbaudes darba analīzi un aptauju, parāda, ka situācijas analīzes metodes pielietojums stundā palīdz apgūt mācību stundas vielu, attīsta konkrētas prasmes. Par galvenajiem ieguvumiem skolēni uzskata iespēju iepazīties ar reālu situāciju datiem, kā arī ar dažādiem informācijas avotiem. ‘The Method of Situation Analysis in the Lessons of Geography’. The author, Līva Lāce, adviser professor Dr. Gunta Kalvāne. The goal of the present paper was to collect theoretical sources about the application of the method of situation analysis in geography lessons for secondary school, to research how situation analysis can contribute to the development of pupils’ ability to analyse information and learn specific topics, as well as to reveal pupils’ opinions and judgements about the influence of the method. The empirical part of the research was carried out in the geography lessons for 10th form, where the situation analysis method was applied. Tasks of situation analysis under the topic ‘Natural Processes and Phenomena in Human Life’ and sub-themes ‘Soil Erosion and Degradation’ and ‘Dangerous Atmospheric Phenomena, Their Impact on the Human Living Environment’ were developed and approved. The results of the research, which were based on the analysis of pupils’ tests and questionnaires, indicate that the application of the method of situation analysis in lessons contributes both to the acquisition of new themes and to the development of specific study skills. Moreover, the pupils consider that the main advantage of the study method is the opportunity to get acquainted with real situation data and as well as with a variety of theoretical sources.
