Daudzkomponentu, pseido-bināro BixTeySez, nanostrukturēto termoelektrisko materiālu sintēze. Bicons R., zinātniskie vadītāji, asoc. prof. Dr. chem. Synthesis of multicomponent, pseudo-binary BixTeySez, nano-structured thermoelectric materials. Bicons R., scientific supervisor asoc. prof. Dr. chem. Erts D., Leading researcher Dr. phys. Andžāne J. Bachelor thesis, 35 pages, 25 figures, 5 tables, 22 literature references, 2 appendices. In Latvian. This paper summarises methods used for synthesis of Bismuth selenide and their multi-component, pseudo-binary compounds. The synthesis of Bismuth selenide and multi-component pseudo-binary compounds was based on Bi2(Se, Te)3 method developed at the University of Latvia, Institute of Chemical Physics. During the process of optimising this method for the generation of pseudo-binary compounds, synthesis of multi-component nano-structured layers Bi1,96Se2,06 Te0,98 and Bi1,89Te1,68Se1,43 took place. The structures, morphology and chemical contents of the newly developed layers were analysed using electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy. Electrical and thermoelectrical characteristics of these newly developed layers were determined and compared using the standard method - by applying the characteristics of synthesised stoichiometric Bi2Se3 nano-structured coating properties.
