Ergonomisko un psihoemocionālo risku mijiedarbība un to ietekme uz strādājošo SIA “LDZ CARGO”

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA ”LDZ CARGO” ergonomisko un psiho emocionālo risku mijiedarbība, un to ietekme uz cilvēka veselību. Darba autors Anatolijs Roganovs, darba zinātniskais vadītājs doc. Henrijs Kaļķis. Darba hipotēze ir sekojoša: uzņēmumā tiek novērtēti darba vides riski, bet nepietiekoša uzmanība tiek pievērsta ergonomiskajiem un psiho emocionālajiem riskiem. Darbs izklāstīts uz 132.lpp., ietver 58. attēlus, 7. tabulas, 26. pielikumus un 42. informatīvos avotus. Darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt ergonomisko un psiho emocionālo risku mijiedarbību, un to ietekmi uz darbinieku veselību uzņēmumā SIA”LDZ CARGO”. Darbā ir apkopota informācija no dažādiem nozares avotiem un interneta resursiem. Darba praktiskajā daļā ir apkopoti biroju darbinieku, vilcienu sastādītāju un mašīnistu aptaujas rezultāti. Aptauja tika veikta visos uzņēmuma Rīgas kravu terminālos. Arī praktiskajā daļā ir apkopota visu kravu terminālu darbinieku risku novērtēšana. Risku novērtēšanai ir izmantotas sekojošas metodes: SGR-A metode, ātrā ekspozīcijas kontrole (AEK), NIOSH vienādojums, darba spēju indeksa noteikšanas, darba stresa indeksa noteikšanas un psiho emocionālā klimata noteikšanas metodes. Darba nobeigumā tika noskaidrots, ka ergonomiskie riski mijiedarbojas ar psiho emocionālajiem riskiem, izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti uzņēmuma vadībai praktiskie priekšlikumi minēto risku samazināšanai un novēršanai

This Master’s Thesis explores the topic of interaction of ergonomic and psycho-emotional risks in the company LDZ CARGO SIA and their impact on human health. The author of the thesis is Anatolijs Roganovs, and the scientific supervisor of the thesis is Assistant Professor Henrijs Kaļķis. The thesis is focused on the following hypothesis: working environment risks are being assessed in the company, whereas ergonomic and psycho-emotional risks receive insufficient attention. This thesis is presented on 132. pages, including 58. pictures, 7. tables, 42. annexes and … reference sources. The objective of the thesis is to study the interaction of ergonomic and psycho-emotional risks and their impact on the employees’ health in the company LDZ CARGO SIA. The thesis summarises information from a variety of industry sources and online resources. The practical part of the thesis presents summarised results of the survey of the office workers, shunters and train drivers. The survey has been conducted at all of the company’s cargo terminals in Riga. The practical part also makes a generalisation of the risk assessment of all cargo terminal workers. The following methods have been used to assess the risks: Load Key Indicator Method – Option A (SGR-A), Quick Exposure Check (QEC), NIOSH equation, work ability index determination method, work stress index determination method and psycho-emotional climate determination method. The thesis concludes with the finding that ergonomic risks interact with the psycho-emotional risks, and presents conclusions and practical proposals for the company’s management aimed at reduction and prevention of the mentioned risks.
